No Cancellation Policy
Please note that we are unable to offer cancellations once an order is placed. Our streamlined process ensures that orders are quickly processed and dispatched, so please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery Information
At Starlit Lustre, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Here’s how we handle order fulfillment and delivery:

- Processing Time: We aim to process orders swiftly within 1 to 2 working days. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment.
- Swift Handling: Our team works diligently to ensure that your jewellery is carefully packaged and ready for delivery in a timely manner.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery. This option provides reliable delivery at an economical price.
- Fast Shipping Options: For quicker delivery or next-day delivery, we use Evri as our fast shipping provider. Please opt for this option in the delivery methods during checkout if you require expedited shipping. Additional charges may apply for this service.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our delivery options for estimated delivery times.
- Expedited Delivery: Expedited shipping options provide faster delivery times. Please select this option at checkout if you require your order urgently.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Starlit Lustre. However, if this is not the case, we are happy to refund an item you are unhappy with within 14 days of receiving your order. We are also happy to exchange an item you are unhappy with. To arrange a return or exchange, please click on the "Returns" link under the Customer tab at the foot of the page.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings and nose rings.
How to Return an Item
At Starlit Lustre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:
Step 1: Review Our Return Policy
Before initiating a return, please review our return policy:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must be in the original packaging provided.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose rings are non-returnable.
- Unsealable Condition: Any item deemed to be in an unsealable condition will be rejected as a return, and you will be notified accordingly.
Step 2: Initiate a Return Request

- Navigate to Returns: Click on the "Returns" link located under the Customer tab at the foot of the page.
- Submit a Return Request: Fill out the return request form with the required details, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return
- Repackage the Item: Carefully repack the item with all original packaging still attached. Ensure that all accessories and documentation are included.
- Attach the Return Label: Securely attach the return label and sender address to the outside of the package.
- Use a Post Office: Return the item using a post office. Obtain a proof of postage and tracking number for your records. Do not post the package through a post box without obtaining a tracking number.
Step 4: Ship the Item
- Choose a Shipping Carrier: Select a reliable shipping carrier of your choice.
- Keep Your Proof of Shipping: Remember to keep your proof of shipping and tracking code safe as you may need it for proof of return.
- Track the Shipment: We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer Responsibility: The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Please ensure it is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item(s), excluding any delivery charges, will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 working days. Please note that it might take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, our customer service team will process your exchange promptly, subject to product availability.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We cannot refund or exchange an item that does not reach us safely or in good condition. Therefore, using a trackable and insured shipping method is highly recommended.
Additional Information on Shipping and Returns
- Invalid or Incomplete Addresses: If an item is returned to Starlit Lustre due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will incur the cost of redelivery or reshipping. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
International Returns
As an international customer, you can arrange your return using any postal service. Please note:
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for international returns are borne by the customer.
- Customs Regulations: Please check your country's customs rules and charges for overseas shipping. Any customs fees or additional charges incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.
- No Refund for International Taxes and Charges: We do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
